The location of the hotel was fantastic, in nearby villages. And it's within easy walking distance of Beim Eis-Franz, ate there once or twice...

The rooms were gorgeous with a perfect view, the bar, the amenities as described. The restaurant was affordable and the food was excellent. The location was incredible, the staff was very-very nice!

Liked central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen TV in the room. And it was facing garden. It was a favourable location right by the Mosel river and the adjacent area and the castle.

The stuff was attentive plus the location was lovely. Also, it was great to be 25 mins walk from Wallfahrtskirche Klausen.

Honestly, charging 25 Euros a night for parking is too steep, when free street parking was only a short walk away. It was bothersome the lack of local cuisine options at breakfast and during dinner.

Always stay at my favorite spot in Lieser. The staff helped with a phone charger. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, restaurant, fitness center, massage, no smoking. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

What a stunning castle! Our romantic escape was unforgettable. We were amazed by the interior, spacious and elegant bedrooms, and the spa facilities. the view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the river and surrounding hills. We tasted the local wine, which was delicious, and received a warm welcome with a complimentary glass. the staff was attentive and friendly. They even surprised us with complementary chocolates and a rose petal decoration on our bed. We appreciated the complimentary parking and the peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel lacked information on its wellness facilities, and the reception team was a bit slow. Although we loved the restaurant's food, we found it to be overpriced.
